Why this works

Every studio knows feast or famine.

Three bookings in March, silence in April. You did nothing wrong — you just have no tap to turn on when it runs dry. I run a studio myself. I know exactly how long a quiet month feels.

There are three ways out, and you have probably weighed all of them:

Going to artists directly is the only one that costs no money and works this week. It is not clever. It is arithmetic: message enough of the right people and some of them say yes. Five a day is what filled my own studio — 23 paying clients in twelve months.

Sending the messages was never the hard part. Finding the right artists to send them to was. That is the part I do for you.

Proof

I built this to fill my own studio.

This is not a list I bought somewhere. It is the exact research I run for Tracklinking Studios, my own production studio. Cold outreach to newcomer artists, no ads, no label, no agency.

23
artists became paying clients
€25,000
from their first projects alone
12
months, one studio, zero ad spend

That is around €1,090 per client, with just 5 cold messages a day. Counting only what they paid for their first project, returning clients are not in that number. Every lead I hand you is exclusive to you and your studio for 3 months.

Questions

The things you are probably wondering.

Are the leads exclusive to me, or is everyone getting the same list?
Exclusive to you for three months. In that window nobody else gets them, so you can work through the list at your own pace without racing anyone. After three months they go back into the pool and can be given to another producer.
Are these warm leads? Do they already know who I am?
No. These are cold. Nobody has been contacted, there is no introduction, and no one is expecting your message. What you get is the research and the reason each artist is worth writing to right now. You do the reaching out.
How many should I message a day?
Around five to start with. That is roughly fifteen minutes a day and about 100 a month, which is why the first tier is sized the way it is. Once you have a feel for the conversations and they start turning into calls, ten a day is realistic — that is usually the point where it makes sense to move up a tier. Much more than that is not better: Instagram limits accounts that fire off dozens of DMs, and a rushed message reads like one.
I'm a producer, not a salesperson. I hate cold DMs.
So do I. That is why the first message is not a pitch. It is one line about a song of theirs and one question — no offer, no price, no link. You are a producer talking to an artist about their music, which is a conversation you would happily have anyway. The chat framework you get on sign-up is the exact flow I use to get from there to a call, so you are not improvising.
What if the artists don't fit my genre or region?
That is what the onboarding is for, and it is why the first ten are free — look at them before you spend anything. If a batch misses, tell me what was off and I re-cut it. That feedback makes the next one sharper.
Can you promise me clients?
No, and I would be careful with anyone who does. Whether an artist books you depends on your work, your prices and your conversation — I have no hand in any of that. What I can tell you is what this same research did for my own studio: 23 paying clients in twelve months, at around five messages a day. The messages still have to go out. If you send none, you get none.
